The Lord Owns It All
Psalm 24 - The LORD Owns it All
I. This Earth Belongs to the LORD (v. 1-2). Meditate on His Authority.
A. He filled it with created blessings to enjoy and manage for Him.
Discuss created blessings you enjoy, and how you manage them according to Scripture.
B. He fills it with people to dwell therein. How should we treat all people as His managers ?
C. He has final authority over all, even though many do not have Him as their Father (v. 3).
Discuss how His authority will be exercised over the lost.
Discuss the differences between who & what God owns with who are in His family.

D. He Owns it all because He is Creator,Sustainer, and Savior. Cross reference these
passages: John 1:1-3; 16:15; Romans 11:36; Colossians 1:16-17
II. His House & Holy Hill Belong to the LORD (v. 3-6). Meditate on Access to Him.
A. Salvation Gives us Access. Discuss wrong ways people try to enter into God's family.
B. Sanctification gives Alignment of our lives with His ways.
C. Stewardship is Taking Action.
1. Single in heart; idolatry is worship of created blessings rather than the "Blesser."
2. Seek His face, blessing, and Kingdom as 1st priority. Matthew 6:13
3. Share the gospel & unfolding revelation of the mysteries of God (NT).
Discuss I Corinthians 4:1-2 and how to be managers of the gospel; this includes
"selling" it, and defending the true gospel as in quality control of the product.
D. Serve Christ ("clean hands") through His local church-house.
III. The Future Kingdom Belongs to the LORD (v. 7-10). Meditate on Adoration & Accountability.
Discuss Philippians 2:9-10; Matthew 6:9-10; Revelation 19:11-16; Luke 16:1-2
What should be true of our stewardship with praise now?
How does God hold us accountable for stewardship of His blessings now? And later?
